12.1 Back Extension 481D00=SV710

The 481D00=SV710 Back Extension closes the gap, where applicable, between the seat bottom
of a wheelchair and the backrest of back systems. This prevents the seat cushion from sliding
out of place. The user is also protected against drafts in the back area.

12.2 Seat Back Extension 476D20=SK010

If "The Back" is attached in a high position to the wheelchair back tubes, the backrest may not
be able to prevent the seat cushion from sliding backwards out of the wheelchair. To eliminate
this problem, we offer a "lower back extension" (Art. no. 476D20=SK010, not included in the
delivery).
1. Remove the Floam pad as described in section 9 "Removing and Attaching the Floam Pad".
2. Bring the extension into position and align the bore holes for fixation.
3. Insert the blind rivet nut into the center part from the posterior side (Fig. 11) and then insert
the connecting screws. Securely tighten the screws.
4. Re-attach the Floam pad as described in section 9 "Removing and Attaching the Floam Pad".
