Distinguishing features of the device variants

MaxiFil is produced in two versions.
− MaxiFil Clean IFA
− MaxiFil Clean
The MaxiFil Clean device standard variant has been tested by IFA.
This means that the MaxiFil Clean device complies with the requirements specified
by IFA (Institut für Arbeitsschutz der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung -
Institute for Occupational Safety of German Legal Accident Insurance) and fulfils
these testing regulations.
For simplification, this is indicated with an IFA logo with cautions in this instruction
manual.
The IFA logo with cautions draws the reader's atention to important notifications and
information with respect to the MaxiFil Clean IFA device.
Device identification

MaxiFil Clean
MaxiFil Clean IFA is marked on the device body with DGUV-Test symbol and W3
identification (welding fume class identification) in a form of a label.
The location of this label is described in 3.4. (Markings and labels on the MaxiFil
device).
