Maintenance
Regular inspections and maintenance contribute to the safe operation of the
MaxiFil Clean device and shall be performed at least once per quarter.
- Visual inspection
- Adjusting the exhaust arm joints. Additional joint setting should be performed
taking into account the instructions for installing and servicing, included with the
exhaust arm.
- Suction filter motor replacement.
NOTE
Required repair work shall only be performed by KEMPER or a
professional plant authorized by KEMPER.
CAUTION
Skin contact with the smoke originating from cutting, etc. may
result in irritation in sensitive individuals!
Repair and maintenance works on the MaxiFil Clean device can
only be performed by trained and authorized professional
personnel in compliance with applicable safety instructions and
accident prevention regulations!
Risk of severe damage to the respiratory organs and respiratory
system!
In order to avoid contact and inhalation of dust, use protective
clothing, gloves and breathing apparatuses with fans such as
KEMPER autoflowXP or respiratory mask with an FFP2 class filter
according to EN 149.
Prevent the release of hazardous dusts during repairs and
maintenance to avoid injury to persons not involved in the
process.
