CAUSE
Recovery tank is full.
Ball float shutoff screen inside
recovery tank is clogged.
Squeegee is clogged with debris.
Squeegee blades are worn.
Squeegee thumbscrews are loose.
Vacuum hose connections are
loose or hose has a hole.
Vacuum hose is clogged with
debris.
Tank gasket is defective.
Recovery tank water inlet is
plugged. Inlet is located at bottom
of recovery tank.
Drain hose plug is loose.
Clear recovery tank lid is loose.
Vacuum motor is loose.

OPERATION
SOLUTION
Empty recovery tank.
Remove screen and clean.
Clean squeegee.
Replace squeegee blades.
Tighten thumbscrews.
Push vacuum hose cuffs firmly on
connections. Replace hose if
damaged.
Remove clogged debris.
Replace tank gasket.
Empty recovery tank and tilt it
sideways to locate inlet hole,
remove clogged debris.
Tighten drain plug.
Tighten lid.
Tighten down vacuum motor. Do
not over tighten and damage motor.
