IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please read the instructions carefully before installing the door operator. We are not responsible for any loss or damage
caused if the following precautions are not followed.
-
Watch the movement of the door and keep anyone away until the door is completely open or closed.
-
Be careful when using the manual release as an open door can fall quickly due to a weak or broken spring or being out
of balance.
-
Examine frequently the installation, especially cables, springs and hardware for signs of fatigue, damage or imbalance.
Do not use the operator if a repair or adjustment is necessary.
-
Each month, check that the movement is reversed when the door contacts an object 50mm above the floor.
-
Before installing the transmission, check that the door is in a good mechanical condition and remove all unnecessary
ropes or chains and disable any equipment such as locks that are not necessary for the operation of the motor.
-
Install the actuator for manual unlocking at a height of less than 1.8m.
-
Permanently affix entrapment warning labels to a visible location.
-
Permanently affix the manual release label next to its actuator.
-
After installation, make sure that parts of the door do not extend over public sidewalks or road.
-
After installation, make sure that the operator stops the opening movement when loading a mass of 20 kg cantered on
the lower edge of the door.
-
Make sure the door is used at least every 3 months.
-
Maintenance should be performed by a professional. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the door or operator.
-
To ensure that the door is properly balanced after maintenance, it must be possible to move the door in any position
up or down with a force of less than 20N.
-
Do not allow anyone to stand under the door during maintenance to prevent the risk of an accident due to a falling
door.
-
Before installation, make sure that stress limit to tension of the steel cable, chain and belt is 6 times greater than the
actual load and that the diameter of the cable drum is 20 times that of the steel cable.
-
The number of operator durability cycles is 20,000.
-
The operator is not intended for lockable doors.
