TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The cooking plate with open burners and oven,
referred to from now on as "the appliance", is
designed and manufactured for preparing and
cooking foods within the professional catering
sector (for example: in restaurants' kitchens, can-
teens, hospitals, and in business activities such
as bakeries, butcher's shops, etc...); it must not be
used for mass production of foods and must be
used by qualifi ed and trained personnel.
The appliance has two working sides, allowing
room-centre installation.
The controls are installed on both sides, for
more convenient use of the appliance.
Main parts
Hob: in stainless steel.

Top burners: in enamelled cast iron, the
