This kit allows you to make homemade biscuits in different shapes. The biscuit dough should be as cold
as possible (place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before passing it through the appliance).
Installing the biscuit kit
Place the mixer on a flat and stable surface and make sure you leave enough space around

Use
Install the biscuit kit and place a container under the feed tube outlet.

Gradually insert the pieces of biscuit dough into the feed tube.

Plug in the appliance and turn the speed controller according to the recommendations in

the table on page 40. Do not exceed speed 3.
Press the food pusher to guide the biscuit dough into the feed tube.

When you have finished, turn the speed controller to "0" and unplug the appliance.

Recommendations
It is important to allow the biscuit dough to cool sufficiently
in the refrigerator (for at least 30 minutes) before passing it
through the appliance.
Insert the worm screw (b) into the feed tube (a).

Screw the fastening nut (e) clockwise to affix all of
the parts to the feed tube (a). Slide the tab (k) into the
slots of the washer (j) to choose the biscuit shape.
