Installing the kibbeh kit

Place the mixer on a flat and stable surface and make sure you leave enough space around

45° angle towards you and then raise the tube to a 90° angle until the lock "clicks".
Place the tray on the feed tube.

Install the kibbeh kit and place a container under the feed tube outlet.

Load the minced meat into the tray and push it into the feed tube.

Plug in the appliance and turn the speed controller according to the recommendations in

the table on page 40.
Press the meat pusher to guide the meat into the feed tube.
4.
Cut the meatballs into segments to the desired length.
5.
When you have finished, turn the speed controller to "0" and unplug the appliance.

Recommendations
WARNING: Do not push too hard as this may damage the
appliance, and never push food into the tube with your
fingers or any other utensils.
