Installing the sausage kit

Place the mixer on a flat and stable surface and make sure you leave enough space around

Chop the meat beforehand.

Soak the casings in warm water to restore their elasticity.

Install the sausage kit and place a container under the feed tube outlet.

Thread the casing over the end of the sausage funnel, leaving about 5 cm of casing

Press the meat pusher to guide the minced meat into the feed tube.
