Changing the pick-up cartridge
To take out the pick-up cartridge, un-
lock the tonearm and hold it with the
left hand. With the right hand thomb,
pull down the pick-up cartridge until
it snaps out.
Mounting the pick-up cartridge
Hold the pick-up cartridge between
the thomb and the index finger of the
right hand and slanting it inside the
pick-up head so that the guide bar (A)
of the pick-up cartridge sets into the
wide cut-out (B) (Fig. 3).
The novel snap-on mounting of this
pick-up cartridge on the tonearm elimi-
nates all mounting hardware. The snap-
on mounting secures perfect geometri-
cal alignment of the stylus tip.
Attention!
The stylus assembly should be remo-
ved from the cartridge before moun-
ting or removing same from the car-
tridge holder.
Changing the stylus
After having removed the pick-up car-
tridge, turn the needle bearing by 90°
as shown in fig. 4. Now the needle can
be changed
quite easily.
Insert the needle in the same position
and make shure that the needle bea-
ring is properly seated in the cut-outs
of the cartridge.
