Startup and use
Disengage all control levers before starting the engine.
Keep your feet clear of the machine implement.
Always use the machine in daylight or bright light. Walk, never run.
Use on slopes
• Work safely and firmly. Always work in a transversal direction, never on slopes or descents.
• Be careful when changing direction on the slope with the machine.
• Do not use the machine on slopes greater than 25%.
• This maximum tilt angle displayed is simply for reference and should be determined based on
the type of tool being used. Before starting the engine, check that the machine is not damaged
and is in perfect condition for use. For your safety and the safety of others, use extreme
caution when using the machine uphill or downhill.
2. OPERATION
Machine assembly
After removing the machine from its box, open the tool kit and follow the assembly instructions
below:
Wheels: pay attention that the arrow on the tread design is directed towards the engine, for two-
wheeled tractors. The inflation pressure is 1.2/1.5 bar.
Carefully read the instructions related to the engine for its correct operation and maintenance.
If the engine is equipped with an oil bath air filter; Fill to the indicated level with the correct
amount.
Check that all screws and nuts are tight, particularly those that secure the implements to the
machine.
Commands and controls
A. Motor stop lever: It is red and cuts power to the machine at the end of the job or when a
problem occurs.
B. Clutch lever: Controls engine power output or cut-off.
C. Shut-off button for recoil start model. Ignition button for the model with electric start,
D. Throttle control lever.
E. Speed control lever: The location of the different speeds is shown on the selector.
F. P.T.O. Lever In two-wheeled motor cultivators there is a safety device that prevents the
simultaneous engagement of the rotary hoe with reverse gear.
G. Handlebar height adjustment lever.
H. Rod or lever to adjust the handlebar steering column.
L. Reverse drive control lever. Before operating the reverse lever, always activate the clutch
lever.
M. Brake control lever.
N. Differential lock lever.
