PROGRAMMED
PLAYBACK
You can store up to 16 tracks and listen to them in
any desired order.
e For programmed playback, make sure that the
program numbers are encoded correctly. (See
page 54.)
e Operate in stop mode as follows.
1 Press the ID WRITE/PROGRAM button.
"P-01" (Program order 1) appears on the dis-
play window.
2 Select the track number
with the
>Pi FF button and 4
REW button.
The track number to be programmed flashes.
Example:
To program track 04 to program
order 01
3 Press the ID WRITE/PROGRAM button.
The track is stored in the program.
4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set the sec-
ond track and after.
5 Press the B>1I PLAY/PAUSE button.
The first track of the program is played back.
The track number in play flashes.
Seaching for the beginning of a track
To return to the beginning of the track you are lis-
tening to, press the ké_ REW button briefly dur-
ing playback.
To skip to the beginning of a track ahead, press
the >I FF button briefly during playback.
e Pressing the ké4 REW button returns the tape
to the beginning of the current track, not to the
previous track.
Cancelling the programs
Press the Il STOP button in the stop mode.
Deleting the programmed tracks
Press
the
!D WRITE/PROGRAM
button
repeatedly in the stop mode until the track num-
ber to be deleted is displayed..Then, press the
RESET button.
