Turn off appliance and ventilating hood to
avoid spreading the flame. Extinguish flame
then turn on hood to remove smoke and
odor,
• Cool(top: Smother fire or flame in a pan
with a lid or cookie sheet.

the oven door.
Do not use water on grease fires. Use

window.

or drawer, if equipped, as a step stool or
seat as this may result in possible tipping of
the appliance, damage to the appliance, and
serious injuries.
Do not touch a hot oven light bulb with a
damp cloth as the bulb could break. Should
the bulb break, disconnect

appliance before removing
bulb to avoid
electrical shock.
