Make sure that you drink enough while working out. Remember that the
recommended amount to drink of approx. 2 litres per day is increased by physical
exertion. The liquid you drink should be at room temperature.
Only use the product with sportswear and suitable shoes that have a non-slip sole.
Avoid wearing loose clothing that could get caught in the moving parts of the product.
Perform all exercises evenly, not jerkily and at a steady pace.
Make sure you breathe evenly: Exhale when exerting yourself and inhale when
relieving yourself.
Make sure you maintain correct posture while performing the exercise.
Check your pulse regularly. Determine your personal exercise frequency range
to achieve optimum training success. Take into account both your age and your
physical condition. The following table provides a guide for determining the optimum
exercising heart rate:
