Press the METAL button to set playback
equalization for metal or any other "high
bias" tape. The display shows "MTL."
Press the METAL button to deactivate the
metal mode. "MTL" disappears from the
display.
Monitoring Radio Dur-
ing Fast Forwarding or
Rewinding
Press the R.M. button until "R.M." appears
on the display. You can listen to a radio
station during the tape rewinding or fast
forwarding.
Press the R.M. button again to deactivate the
Radio Monitor mode.
Note:
The R.M. button will only work in the
TAPE mode.
