Incorrect disassembly can cause life-threatening sit-
uations or significant property damage.
Observe all disassembly instructions.
Decommission the Wallbox
Before decommissioning the Wallbox, ensure that all
personal data and certificates have been deleted.
g To do this, refer to the section Decommissioning
(delete Wallbox via the My Porsche App) in the driv-
er's manual.
NOTICE
A reset to factory defaults using the rotary switch
should be carried out by qualified personnel only.
Factory settings via the rotary switch
1. Loosen screw on lower edge of design front 3
g (Fig. 18).
2. Push the design front upwards and out of the
guide rails.
3. Loosen screws on the left and right edge of the
design frame 2 g (Fig. 17).
4. Pull design frame forwards and out of the guide.
5. Loosen screw on bottom edge of box lid and
open lid.

6. Note the setting of the rotary switch.
7. Set rotary switch to position 2 or 3 g Refer to
chapter "Setting the charging current" on page
36.
8. Reattach the lid.
9. Restore supply voltage.
�� When switched on, the Wallbox automati-
cally restores its factory defaults.
A successful reset is indicated by all three
LEDs flashing blue.
10. Again de-energise Wallbox.
11. Again remove cover.
12. Set rotary switch to the previously noted posi-
tion.
13. Fit the lid, design frame and design front. g Refer
to chapter "Completing the assembly" on page
36.
14. Re-establish the voltage supply.
15. As soon as the Wallbox is again ready for oper-
ation, connect to the web app via Ethernet or
WiFi.
Factory settings via the web app
b Logged in to the web app as a service user.
1. In the navigation Wallbox settings select Fac-
tory settings.
2. Select Reset to factory settings.
Disassembling the Wallbox
Danger to life due to elec-

tric shock
Immediate danger to life due to electric shock if live
parts are touched.
Observe the following safety rules in case of an
emergency, for troubleshooting or to carry out elec-
trical work on the Wallbox:
e
Disconnect the Wallbox from the power supply.
e
Confirm power is disconnected.
e
Secure against reactivation.
e
Earth and short-circuit the Wallbox.
e
Cover any adjacent live parts and secure the haz-
ardous area.
1. Observe all five safety rules listed in the warning
to isolate the Wallbox from the power supply.
2. Remove the design front and the design frame
and open the cover.
3. Disconnect the supply lines correctly without
leaving residues.
4. Take the Wallbox off the fastening screws.
5. Store or dispose of the Wallbox.
NOTICE
Please refer to the driver's manual for information on
how to dispose of the unit properly.
