Repair or replace cracked cables and cords.
Every six (6) months, perform the operation below:

Blow out the inside of the unit. Increase frequency of cleaning when operat-
ing in dirty or dusty conditions.

- Fit the new gas nozzle.

WIRE GUIDE TUBE (7): check the wire passage of the tube for wear.
Replace as necessary.
To replace the nozzle:
- Turn the gas nozzle (6) clockwise to remove.
- Unscrew wire guide tube (7).
- Press the torch button; after a few seconds the wire will protrude from the
torch neck.
- Fit the new wire guide tube (7).
- Replace the gas nozzle (6).
- Trim excess wire.

CONNECTING THE TORCH
Prior to connecting the torch, make sure that the wire sheath (18) is suited to the
diameter of the wire used:

- BLUE Ø 1.5 for wire Ø 0,6- 0.8 mm.
- RED Ø 2.0 for wire Ø 1 - 1.2 mm.
(Wire sheath colour for steel wire).
CHECKS AND REMEDIES
Ensure correct position (ON) of the power switch (on rear panel).
Power cable fault.
Line fuses blown.
Contact our services department for maintenance.
Check mains supply line.
Check power supply connections.
The cable extension wires are not sufficiently sized (less than 4
mm2)
Contact our services department for maintenance.
Reset the power source; switch off and then on from the main power
switch (rear panel).
Contact our services department for maintenance.
Leave the power source switched on and wait approx. 3-6 minutes for
it to cool to enable the protection to reset.
Check type of gas.
Check that the gas hose is securely attached to the coupling on the
rear panel.
Check type of gas.
Check that the earth cable is connected to the (+) pole and the torch
cable is connected to (-) .
