o
Use the unit with safety guards whenever possible
o
Before starting, make sure that the cutting disc does not come into
contact with any part of the housing or with the workpiece.
o
Never look directly into the laser beam with the naked eye.
o
Do not push the workpiece directly in line with the blade with your hands
- if possible, always use a pusher or other element.
o
The use of a dust extraction system is recommended.
o
Secure the workpiece (e.g. with the help of additional blocks, tables, etc.)
o
Watch out for the kickback, which is frequent when working with such a
device - closely observe the workpiece, do not exert too much pressure
on the saw blades, and be especially careful when cutting irregularly
shaped objects.
o
Make sure that there are no foreign bodies in the object to be cut, such
as nails, screws, bolts, stones, etc.
•
Despite using the unit as intended and taking the necessary precautions, there
are always risk factors that cannot be completely ruled out, such as:
o
touching the cutting disc in an unprotected place
o
being pulled in by a rotating cutting disc
o
kickback of cut objects and their remains
cracks in the cutting disc
o
ejection of particles from defective cutting discs
o
o
damage to hearing due to the lack of appropriate or sufficient protection
o
harmful dusting of wood residues when used in confined spaces
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
