8. SAFETY AND BEHAVIOUR
Precaution to overtake
Observe the traffic before maneuvering for overtaking. Set up a
bike bells as traffic element.
Defensive Riving
Pay attention to hazardous situations. If is required, stop the
bicycle.
Caution in low-light conditions
Use the front and back position lights and the spotlights in
low-light conditions: ride in night-time hours, underpasses and
tunnels.
Precaution riding under wet and wind conditions
Riding with precaution: low speeds (overall curves) and increase
the brake distance.
Riding accompaniment
Ride accompanied in case of emergency situations or fault.
Be careful to ride out off road
Ride the cycicle though marked areas.
For paths, trails and forest paths with control and suitable riding.
After the falls
Replace the damaged components.
Replace the helmet in case of falls and knocks: though may not
seem damaged, the shock absorption capacity is affected.
