CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
REMEMBER:

Always turn off the air conditioner and disconnect the electrical connection before
cleaning the unit. Failure to do so may cause electrical shock, bodily injury, or
irreparable damage to your air conditioner.

Never wash the unit with water to avoid electrical shock.
•
Never use flammable or volatile liquids to clean the unit, such as solvents, thin-
ners, acids, gasoline/fuel, etc. to avoid fire hazard or damaging your unit.
PRE-SEASON CHECK
1. Verify that air intake and outlets are not blocked or obstructed.
2. Verify that the air switch, electrical outlet, and electrical wires are in good condi-
tion. Replace any deteriorating (rust, corrosion, etc.) parts.
3. Verify that the air filter is clean.
4. Verify that the mounting bracket is not damaged or corroded. If the bracket is dam-
aged or corroded, contact your dealer immediately for replacement solutions.
5. Verify that the drainage pipe is properly connected and in a state of good repair
(no cracks, fissures, kinks, etc.)
POST-SEASON CHECK
1. Disconnect the power supply to your unit to stop electrical consumption and re-
duce the risk of fire and electrical shock.
2. Verify that the mounting bracket is not damaged or corroded. If the bracket is dam-
aged or corroded, contact your dealer immediately for replacement solutions.
