ASSEMBLY OF THE DUST BAG

1.
Insert the dust bag 24 Fig. 1 in the pipe fitting of the dust that is located in the upper side of the
head.
2.
To better the dust exhaustion it is necessary to connect a dust collector instead of using the
dust bag.
NOTE: Regularly empty the bag in order to avoid a loss of efficiency. The bag has a sliding shutter
that make this operation easier, the dust bag must be rinsed with hot water and dried before use.

FUNCTIONING OF TABLE'S ROTATION AND LOCKING LEVER

1.
The lever 10 Fig. 1 has two functions: it allows to move the workbench on the left or on the
right and to block the workbench in the desired angle for oblique cutting.
2.
To release the workbench, turn the handle anti-clockwise. This way you can move the
workbench to the desired angle. To block the base rotate the handle clockwise.

FIXING THE MITRE SAW TO A SURFACE

Before use, the mitre saw must be firmly fixed to a levelled surface.
1.
In the ends of the base of the mitre saw there are four holes for fixing it to a bench or a surface
(see Fig. 1).
2.
If the mitre saw must be often moved, assemble it on a plywood base which should be wide 20
mm at least. This way you can fix it with screw clamps to any surface.

ASSEMBLY OF MITRE SAW'S VERTICAL CLAMP

1.
The clamp can be assembled on the left or on the right of the saw blade
and can be adjusted according to the workpiece.
2.
Do not use the mitre saw before blocking the workpiece.
3.
Be sure that the screws of the clamp are firmly tightened.
4.
Insert the rod of the clamp downwards in the hole of machine's base and
lock it by closing the locking button.
5.
To adjust the clamp and make it work correctly, see following paragraph

"Functioning of the vertical clamp".

FUNCTIONING OF THE VERTICAL CLAMP
1.
The height of the clamp can be adjusted by loosening the locking
button and by making the clamp slide upwards and downwards. After adjusting the height of the
clamp, tighten the locking button.
2.
During functioning, place the clamp until the lower part of the slipper get in contact with the
upper part of the workpiece.
3.
To press the workpiece against the workbench, screw the knob until the workpiece is blocked.
After finishing cutting, loosen the locking button in order to make the workpiece slide or remove
it.
MOVING THE MITRE SAW
1.
During the transport of the mitre saw, be sure that the head is in a low position.
2.
The blocking handle of the workbench, the inclination locking lever and the locking screw of the
mitre saw extensions must be correctly blocked.
3.
Use the transport handle 25 Fig. 1 to lift the mitre saw. Do not lift it from the start handle 2 Fig.
