PERIO-FLOW system (optional)
This product must only be used by a qualifi ed and
trained personnel (dentist or dental hygienist).
This product should only be used with powders
supplied by EMS for a subgingival application.
This product remove the subgingival biofilm
during periodic periodontal treatments. Its long
fi ne nozzle was specifi cally developed for easy
access inside the periodontal pocket.
For further details concerning the treatments,
please refer to the instruction which are supplied
with your AIR-FLOW or PERIO-FLOW systems.
Please do not hesitate to contact your local EMS
dealer for further information.
The instructions in this manual cover the
combined use of an AIR-FLOW handpiece and
a PERIO-FLOW handpiece. Please refer only to
instructions related to AIR-FLOW handpiece when
a PERIO-FLOW handpiece is not present.
Contra-indications:
Please refer to operation instructions of the related
system.

Les instructions dans ce manuel sont
présentées pour une utilisation combinée d'une
pièce à main AIR-FLOW et d'une pièce à main
PERIO-FLOW. Veuillez vous référer aux instruc-
tions relatives à la pièce à main AIR-FLOW si une
pièce à main PERIO-FLOW n'est pas présente.

Dieses Produkt darf nur von qualifi ziertem und
ausgebildetem Fachpersonal verwendet werden.
(Zahnarzt oder Dentalhygienikerin).
Dieses Produkt kann nur mit EMS-Pulvern und
für eine subgingivale Anwendung verwendet
werden.
Es dient der Entfernung subgingivaler Beläge im
Rahmen unterstützender parodontaler Behand-
lungen. Seine lange und schmale Düse wurde
speziell so entworfen, dass sie sich leicht in die
parodontale Tasche einführen lässt.
Für weitere Informationen über die Behandlung
beziehen Sie sich bitte auf die Bedienungsan-
leitung des AIR-FLOW oder des PERIO-FLOW
Systems oder fragen Sie Ihren EMS-Händler.
Die Anleitungen in diesem Handbuch
betreffen die kombinierte Verwendung eines
AIR-FLOW-Handstücks und eines PERIO-FLOW-
Handstücks. Bitte beziehen Sie sich nur auf die
Anleitungen für das AIR-FLOW-Handstück, wenn
das PERIO-FLOW-Handstück nicht verwendet
wird.
