8.1 CONTROL PaNEL: FUNCTIONS aNd WaRNINGS
8.1.1 MaXIMUM PROGRaMMabLE vaLUES
WaRNINGS!
• The difference between the value of the vacuum and the value of the gas must be 30% of the vo-
lume of the chamber, which can be detected by the vacuum gauge. Therefore, it is necessary to
perform some preliminary adjustment tests to identify the gas entry time that meets your needs.
8.1.2 FaCTORy-SET vaLUES aNd RESETTING ThEM (RESET PROGRaMS)
The factory settings that appear upon the first start-up are described below. These values can be changed or
integrated via programming, in which case they are overwritten.
Reset the factory values (reset programs): with the machine on, press the UP and dOWN keys at the same
time for 4".
8.1.3 vISUaL WaRNINGS
WaRNING!
• If the maximum number of cycles allowed has been reached, upon start up you will see the
OIL alarm message indicating the pump oil must be changed.
8.1.4 dISPLay OF ThE NUMbER OF CyCLES PERFORMEd bEFORE ThE OIL MUST bE REPLaCEd
When all LEDS are on and OIL shows on the display, this means the maximum number of cycles has been
reached and the pump oil must be changed.
The cycles must be reset by an authorised after-sales centre once the pump oil has been replaced.
Maximum the number of cycles performed before the oil must be replaced: 5000
To recall the exact number of cycles performed by the machine, press StOP for 4".
8.1.5 vaCUUM PUMP OvERhEaTING WaRNING
If overheating occurs, the functions are blocked and the display shows all.
aTTENTION! If a thermal safety alarm is triggered, switch the machine off and wait for about 15
minutes until it cools down. If the alarm persists once the machine is switched on again, switch
the machine off and disconnect it from the mains. Contact your authorised after-sales centre.
