WaRNINGS!
• The product to be packed must be dry and cold for the maximum vacuum to be reached (read
Chap. 6 carefully). always dry the vacuum chamber and the plastic panels thoroughly.
• Soft products may be damaged by the compression of the bag once the cycle is complete. In this
case, activate the gas option.
• Use vacuum preservation or cooking bags of adequate thickness and shape for the density and di-
mensions of the product.
• at first start-up make sure you have performed the calibration of the vacuum sensor (see Chap. 7 - pt.
1: press the vaC/GaS key for 4 seconds with the machine on. Lower the lid to start the calibration
and wait until the cycle ends).
• When work is complete, detach the piston by pushing it toward the rear and lower the lid to the resting
position. This protects the vacuum chamber from dust and dirt.
1) Open the lid. Lift the lid all the way and attach the piston, moving it forward (Fig. 1-2-3).
2) adjust the number of panels. Position the maximum number of panels
with respect to the dimensions of the product to be packed.
