The special file for data exchange with the Ottobock
Data Station has the file extension "*.lasar".
The file is saved in a folder on the SD card in the tablet.
File path:
/storage/external_SD/Android/data/
com.ottobock.Lasar3DApp/files/Documents
It can be transferred to another computer using the
USB cable or Bluetooth (see user manual for the tab­
let).
If Bluetooth is not used, "OK" is not clicked and
instead the process is terminated. The file is stored in
the folder anyway.

according to the data privacy laws in the coun­
try of use and delete it after the end of the
retention period.

Possible causes:
No power to the mini-computer
Mini-computer still booting up (operating sys­
tem/software)
Mini-computer crashed
The QR code that was scanned or the activation
code that was entered does not match the product
Measures:
► Carry out the appropriate measures depending on
the cause (for example connect the power; wait for
booting to finish; restart the mini-computer; check
and reenter the code).
► 1x tap on "Retry".
