Tipos de purga, uso de la tinta, conteo de purgas y códigos de purga
Purge Types
Normal purge
This purge operation removes dried
ink sticking to the head nozzles.
Periodical reset This purge operation removes
any bubbles that have accumulated
in the ink supply tubes.
Power purge
More powerfull than a
periodical reset purge, this
purge operation is for removing
stubborn cregistroging from the
head nozzles and ink supply
tubes.
Initial purge
When the user loads ink
cartridges for the first time, this
purge operation automatically
runs to refill the ink supply
tTubes and print head with fresh
ink.
User reset purge This purge operation should
be performed if theprint
quality problem persists after
a user has performed the purge
operation repeatedly by
pressing the Ink (Ink
Management) key.
This purge operation refill the
Engine setup
purge ink supply tubes with ink when
there is no ink in those tubes.
(Nota) Esta máquina cuenta todas las operaciones de purga y de evacuación ejecutadas desde su producción
para evitar que el ink absorber box y el flushing box se desborden con tinta drenada y vaciada
respectivamente. Por ejemplo, una purga inicial mueve el contador en 163 + 432 = 595.
Cuando el contador de purga o de evacuación se acerca a 9600 o 475852272, respectivamente, aparece
"MACHINE ERROR 46" , y se prohíben futuras operaciones de purga y evacuación. Reemplace el ink
absorber box y flushing box , y reinicie los contadores ejecutando el siguiente procedimiento.
