PROBABLE CAUSE
The solenoid VP1 allows little gas through
Solenoid valves VP1 or VP2 fail to open
No fuel in tank; water on tank bottom
Inappropriate head and air gate valve adjust-
ments
High voltage cable defective or grounded
High voltage cable deformed by high tempera-
ture
Erroneous valves or transformer electrical con-
nections
Pump unprimed
Pump suction line connected to return line
Filters dirty (on line 1 at the nozzle)
Valves up-line from pump closed
Incorrect motor rotation direction
Light oil solenoid valves fail to open
Nozzle clogged, dirty, or deformed
The pilot burner does not work
Defective control box
Ignition electrode wrongly adjusted
Grounded electrode due to broken insulation
Pump/motor coupling broken
Ignition transformer defective
Defective photocell or control box
