Please read the operating instructions carefully before use and store these in a
safe place.
1. After unpacking, check that the
appliance is in perfect condition
and check for any damage that
could impair the functional safety
of the appliance. If there are any
defects or if the appliance has been
dropped, do not operate it and
contact our customer service.
2. Improper repairs can endanger the
user and can void the warranty.
If any parts are damaged, they must
be replaced by the manufacturer,
an authorised specialist, or a
similarly qualified person.
3. The appliance is suitable solely for
stirring, heating, and frothing milk
and cocoa. Do not use with other
liquids or solid foods.
4. The appliance is intended for
household use only, and in addition
to similar application examples:
• tea kitchens in shops, offices, or
other workplaces;
• on farms;
• for use by guests in tourist
accommodation (hotels and
motels), private guest houses,
or holiday homes.
5. No liability can be accepted for any
damage that may be the result of
improper use, incorrect operation,
or misuse.
6. If the power cord or appliance is
damaged, it must be replaced/
repaired by the manufacturer,
after-sales service, or a similarly
qualified person to avoid danger.
7. Keep the appliance and its
connection cable away from
children. Children are not allowed
to play with the appliance.
8. Store the appliance away from
children.
9. This appliance is not intended to be
used by persons (including children)
with limited physical, sensory, or
mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and/or knowledge,
unless supervised by or under the
instruction of a person responsible
for their safety.
10. Keep the appliance, accessories,
and packaging out of reach of
children, in particular during
operation and the subsequent
cooling phase – the hot plate and
milk get very hot.
11. Connect the appliance only to
sockets that comply with the
specified voltage as stated in the
operating manual.

appliance plug, or power cord in
water or any other liquid and
