4. Secure the cable.
5. Label the cables.
Risk of injury due to damaged strain relief on the cables!
Connecting cables which are not strain-relieved may be damaged or
severed. This can result in serious personal injury or material damage.
Fit the cable strain relief on site.
|
Adequately secure connecting cables entering the device by a cable
|
strain relief (cable mounting rail).
Only use aluminium or plastic cable clips for strain relief on the cables.
|
Check all cable leads before connecting the cabling.
6. Secure the cables on cable mounting rails.
7. Secure the safety cover.
The solar generator is connected.
Connecting to the grid
Required tools and materials
AC cable available in accordance with specifications (see
|
Chapter 4.3.3, page 44).
Two AC cables can be connected per phase.
M12 cable lug. Please note:
|
Cable lugs must be of the correct size for the cable sections used.
|
Cable lugs must be isolated on the shaft with isolating or shrink
|
tubing.
Cable lug manufacturer's specifications.
|
Permissible tools for crimping cable lugs. Observe local regulations,
|
applicable standards and directives.
Prerequisites
Safety equipment available (see Chapter 2.7.2, page 19).
|
Ensure that the AC cables are fully deenergised.
|
The IT grid must be available (see Chapter 4.3.4, page 45).
|
Central inverters are designed for grid connection to a medium-
voltage transformer and may only be operated in IT (Isolé Terre) grids.
Insulation and earth fault monitoring of the IT grid available. In the
|
event of an earth fault, the monitor must switch the device off.
