Fault report
In the event of a fault, the actual condition of the central inverter must be
recorded.
Reporting a fault
1. First, leave the central inverter as you find it. Do not switch the central
inverter off.
2. Record the status of the LED indicators on the front door. Use the
following terms for this: "flashes", "on", "off".
3. Record messages and error codes in the display log book.
4. Record traces of water and scorch marks.
5. Record the actual condition with images.

Meaning
≥ 580 V
U
(levels of
SG
DC
performance 200 kVA and 300 kVA):
Inverter starts.
≥ 640 V
U
(level of performance
SG
DC
350 kVA):
Inverter starts.
Reversible temporary fault (e.g. grid
failure, excess temperature).
Diagnostics note, e.g. reduction in
output due to high temperature.
Grid failure, inverter is in standby
mode
The inverter waits a few minutes
before switching back on after a
grid fault.
Connection: Audible switching of
the grid contactor.
Insulation fault, e.g. earth fault.
Internal fault:
The inverter switches off. If the fault
arises again the next day, it
switches itself off again. The
inverter notes that it is a critical fault
and remains switched off
permanently.
Contact the manufacturer's service
centre (contact information on the
back of the manual).
A fault occurred during a firmware
update.
