Specifi cations
- Control (1) released; the upper disc returns to its
normal position.
- Control (2) up; the lower disc tilts.
- Control (2) released; the lower disc returns to its
normal position.
To lock the movement of both bead breaker arms, act

on the manual control (5, Fig.4.1-5).
- Control right; bead breaker arms free.
- Control left; bead breaker arms blocked.

The light (6, Fig.4.1-5), along with an acoustic
signal, indicates the automatic movement of the
lower bead breaker. Every manual movement of
the upper bead breaker arm starts the alignment
automatism of the lower arm.
- Light on; alignment in progress.
- Light off; alignment completed.

WHEN OPERATING THE BEAD SEATER AND
INFLATOR IT IS MANDATORY TO WEAR EAR
PROTECTORS AND SAFETY GLASSES TO
PREVENT CONTAMINATION FROM NOISE, DUST
AND CHIPS BLOWN BY THE AIR JETS.
Press the pedal (3 Fig.4.1-4) with the RIGHT foot;
the air exits from the end of the tire beading hose
(Fig.4.1-7).
DANGER OF TIRE EXPLOSION
For models equipped with the System for Tubeless
tires only:
Press the pedal (3 Fig.4.1-4) partially with the RIGHT
foot; the air exits from the end of the hose previously
connected to the tire valve.
To perform the "blast":
HOLD THE BEADING NOZZLE FIRMLY.
Operate the pedal command (1, Fig.4.1-4)
fully and at the same time use the button (5, Fig.4.1-8)
on the beading nozzle (6, Fig.4.1-8).
Note: Air simultaneously continues to come out of the
hose connected to the valve.
WARNING:
ONCE BEADING IS COMPLETE, IMMEDIATELY
STOP INTRODUCING AIR.
