INFORMATION
When it is screwed in, the AeroLink Connector covers one bore hole in the
distal inner ring.
Required tools and materials:
>
710D4 Torque Wrench, 636K13 Loctite®, Sealing Plug
1) Align the inner ring marked 'distal' with the lettering facing the distal dir­
ection and screw it completely onto the connector (see Fig. 30).
2) Insert the second ring from the proximal side flush into the adapter ring
(see Fig. 31).
3) Screw the connector from the distal side completely into the second
inner ring.
4) Unscrew the connector and the distal inner ring until the bore holes in
the inner rings line up (see Fig. 32).
INFORMATION: To align, line up the lines on the inner rings.
5) Thread a cap screw from the distal side into each exposed thread so that
the inner rings can still be turned.
6) Unscrew the connector from the inner rings until the last thread is
exposed.
7) Insert the sealing plug into the free thread and tap it down with the hex
key.
8) Screw the connector back in completely.
9) Align the connector in the desired position in the lamination disc.
Trial fitting
► Tighten all exposed cap screws (tightening torque: 10 Nm) (see
Fig. 33).
Definitive mounting
1) Unscrew all exposed cap screws and treat with Loctite®.
2) Tighten all cap screws to the installation torque (10 Nm) (see Fig. 33).

5.4 Aligning the tube connection

The tube connection is suitable for connecting a Harmony system. The tube
connection can be rotated and is secured by a screw.
Required tools:
>
Torque Wrench (adjustable to 0.5 Nm)
1) Position the tube connection as desired (see Fig. 34).
2) Tighten the set screw (installation torque: 3 Nm).
