■ Compressed air pipe with min. 9 mm inner diameter.
■ The installation site must be protected from mechanical impacts.
8.1. Wall-mounting
The SATA clean RCS are mounted firmly to a wall in vertical position us-
ing the supplied fastening kit, with two 8 mm screws.
■ Drill fastening holes according to hole pattern [4] / [5] / [6].
■ Put the fastening screws with flat washer through the predrilled fasten-
ing holes in SATA clean RCS [4-1] / [5-1] / [6-1] and screw into the wall.
8.2. Connect the earthing connection
Notice!
Always comply with the national explosion protection regulations and
occupational health and safety regulations when fitting an earthing con-
nection.
If cleaning agents containing solvents are going to be used, SATA clean RCS
must always be earthed by a qualified professional. When fitting an earthing
cable, use the drilled hole provided [1-7] / [2-6] / [3-10].
9. Installation
Only use priming tanks [1-9] / [2-9] and collecting tank [1-10] / [2-10] that
are capable of conducting or discharging electricity.
Attention!
Health risk from toxic vapours
Toxic vapours can be emitted by the cleaning agents when operating
SATA clean RCS.
→ Install SATA clean RCS in well aired and ventilated surroundings.
→ Where possible, connect SATA clean RCS to an exhaust air system.
Notice!
The pressure must be released from the compressed air pipe before
connecting to the units.
