8.1. Wall mounting
The SATA clean RCS units are mounted vertically to a wall with the sup-
plied mounting kit using two 0.3" bolts.
■ Drill mounting holes according to the drilling template [4] / [5] / [6].
■ Insert fastening bolts with washer through pre-drilled holes in the SATA
clean RCS [4-1] / [5-1] / [6-1] and screw into wall.
8.2. Connecting the ground connection
Information!
When attaching the ground connection, make sure to comply with regu-
lations concerning safety in potentially explosive atmospheres and oc-
cupational safety that are applicable in the country where the units are
used.
When using solvent-based cleaners, the SATA clean RCS units must be
grounded by a skilled professional. To attach a grounding cable, use the hole
[1-7] / [2-6] / [3-10] intended for it.
9. Installation
Use only conductive or grounded suction tanks [1-9] / [2-9] and receiver
tanks [1-10] / [2-10].
Notice!
Risk to health due to poisonous vapors
When operating the SATA clean RCS units, poisonous vapors can es-
cape from the cleaning agent.
→ Move the SATA clean RCS units to a well ventilated area.
→ If possible, connect the SATA clean RCS units to an exhaust fan.
Information!
The compressed air line must be depressurized before connecting the
devices.
SATA clean RCS the turbo cleaner
■ Connect paint spray gun to rinsing connection [3-4].
■ Turn function switch [3-17] to "Spray".
