8. Assembly
The SATA clean RCS units are intended for connecting to the stationary
compressed air supply.
Information!
Depending on the quality of the compressed air, we recommend install-
ing a cyclone separator with sintered filter before the SATA clean RCS
units (SATA filter 424 inside the spray booth and SATA filter 100 outside
the spray booth). This separates oil and condensation as well as par-
ticles down to a size of 5 µm from the compressed air.
Installation site requirements
■ Compressed air connection 1/2" (male thread), 1/4" (male thread) or
suitable SATA quick connect nipple.
■ Compressed air line must provide at least 58 psi for the SATA clean
RCS the turbo cleaner, or at least 87 psi for the SATA clean RCS com-
pact and SATA clean RCS micro.
■ Compressed air line with an inner diameter of at least 0.4".
■ Installation site must be protected against mechanical forces.
