10.1. Steps to prepare for cleaning
■ Use fastening thread to screw SATA RPS receiver cup [3-11] into SATA
clean RCS the turbo cleaner.
■ Route intake hose [3-7] through cover of SATA RPS intake cup [3-9].

■ Insert intake hose [1-8] / [2-8] through cover of suction tank
[1-9] / [2-9].
■ Insert drain hose through cover of receiver tank [1-10] / [2-10].

As an option, the SATA RPS cup systems can be used as receiver tanks
for the SATA clean RCS micro and SATA clean RCS compact. In this
case, the SATA RPS cup needs to be bolted from below to the SATA
clean RCS micro / SATA clean RCS compact using the fastening thread.
10.2. Cleaning the Spray Gun
Information!
When using the SATA RPS cup systems, make sure that the stopper
plug in the SATA clean RCS has been removed before starting to clean.
■ Remove SATA RPS material cup from the paint spray gun and place it
on the storage area [1-2] / [2-3] / [3-3].

■ Connect paint spray gun to rinsing connection [1-6] / [2-7].
■ Press and hold down "Clean" pushbutton [1-16] / [2-16].

■ Set function switch [3-17] to "Clean".
■ Move paint spray gun (with air nozzle removed) along cleaning brush
[1-12] / [2-12] / [3-13] in an up and down motion. At the same time,
the cleaning fluid from the cleaning nozzle [1-14] / [2-13] / [3-14] flows
through the paint spray gun cup connection into the paint channel of
the paint spray gun. With the help of scavenging air, the cleaning fluid
is blown through the paint spray gun nozzle, cleaning the nozzle in the
process.

■ Press and hold down "Dry" pushbutton [1-3] / [2-2].
