2.3 Markings and Signs to be affixed by the End-user

The operator is obliged to post further notes and signs on the MaxiFil and its
surrounding area if necessary.
Such markings and signs might be related, for example, to the requirement to wear
personal protective equipment.

2.4 Safety Instructions for Operators

The MaxiFil may only be used in perfect technical condition for its intended use and
deployed safely and hazard-consciously while observing the operating instructions!
All errors, especially those that may affect safety, must be removed immediately!
Any person tasked with commissioning, operation or maintenance must read these
operating instructions in full and understand them - in particular section 2 Security.
Once they are working on the machine, it is too late. This specifically applies to staff
who only operates the MaxiFil occasionally.
The operating instructions have to always be within reach of the MaxiFil.
We accept no liability for any damages or injuries caused by failure to observe these
operating instructions.
The relevant accident prevention regulations and other generally recognized safety
and health rules and regulations are to be complied with.
It is important to lay down and adhere to the responsibility for the different activities in
matters of servicing and maintenance. Only then will human error – especially in
dangerous situations – be avoided.
The end-user is to enforce wearing of personal protective equipment by operating
and maintenance staff. These include in particular safety shoes, safety glasses and
gloves.
Do not wear loose, long hair, loose clothing or jewellery! There is always the danger
of something staying in a hanging position somewhere, or
Being pulled in or carried away on moving parts.
If there are any safety-related changes on the MaxiFil, then immediately switch off
the extraction system, secure it and report the fault to the relevant authority/person!
Work on the MaxiFil may only be carried out by reliable, trained staff. Observe the
minimum legal age!
Staff who require training, teaching, instructing or staff who undergo a general
apprenticeship may only operate the MaxiFil under the supervision of an experienced
member of staff!
