6.2 Operating elements
On the front of the MaxiFil controller, you can find the operating elements as well as
connections:
Device button (item 1)

This button switches the MaxiFil on and off. The green light ring around the
button shows the faultfree operation of the MaxiFil or the operational
readiness when using a start-stop sensor.
The green light will turn off if there is a fault or malfunction.
The MaxiFil will switch off automatically.
Signal lamp (item 2)

The yellow signal lamp shows a fault or a malfunction of the MaxiFil.
These faults are shown with different flashing codes for a visual depiction.
The signal lamp flashes steadily in regular intervals:
- Device maintenance is due, inform KEMPER-Service.
The signal lamp flashes briefly twice in a row in regular intervals:

The motor protective relay has tripped, inform KEMPER-Service.
The signal lamp flashes briefly three times in a row in regular intervals:
Information: The rotational direction of the fan runner has to match the
Adjusting controller for delay time in start/stop operation (item 3)

When connecting a start-stop sensor (optional), you can then adjust the
stopping time of the extraction system after completion of the welding process
for a period of 5 to 60 seconds.

Wrong grid rotation, the fan runner of the fan turns in the

wrong direction. To workaround, the CEE plug have to be
replaced with a two phase plug by an electrician.
