Chopping / Mixing
• To chop foodstuffs, turn the control di-
al|17 to position 1 or 2.
• For chopping harder foodstuffs, use the
setting P. Work with short pulses (1 pulse:
turn on P for approx. 1 second). The num-
ber and length of the pulses will depend
on the quantity and consistency of the
food. See the specifications given in the
"Processing table" section.
• Repeatedly check the result. If the food
is not being chopped evenly:
- Pull out the mains plug|14, remove
the bowl|11 and shake it vigourously.
- If food is sticking to the inside wall of
the bowl, rotate the lid|3 anti-clock-
wise and remove it. Push the pieces
downwards using a spatula.
- Put all the pieces back together before
you reinsert the mains plug|14 into a
wall socket and resume work.
• When using the insert holder|6 with at-
tached slicing insert|4 / grating disk|5,
fill the foodstuffs into the food chute of
the lid|3. If necessary, use the food
pusher|1 to carefully push the foodstuffs
down.
Remove food
NOTE:
• Do not store foodstuffs in the bowl|11
or in contact with other product parts for
longer than 24 hours. This also applies
to storage in the refrigerator.

wall socket.
2. Turn the bowl|11 anti-clockwise, until

3. Hold the bowl|11 tightly. Turn the lid|3
anti-clockwise, until the symbol
points to the top marking on the
bowl|10. Remove the lid.
4. Carefully remove the insert holder|6 with
attached slicing insert|4 / grating disk|5
or the drive axle|9 with the dough
blade|7 / the blade insert|8.
5. Empty the bowl|11. Remove the food,
e.g. using a spatula.
