6.3. OPERATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS

General operation:
Depending on the mode selected using hte key-operated switch on the master beacon, the general
operating system is as follows:
* ALL OFF mode
System off
- Activation of the monitoring system: Impossible
- Monitoring alarms: inactive
- Failure alert: inactive
- Storage in the memory of the latest intrusion alarms memorized in normal mode for the
requirements of the maintenance service (diagnostic of the failures noted in normal mode)
- Switch 6: memorization of the zone configuration
* NORMAL mode:
Monitoring function with audible alarm activated
- Activation of monitoring:
- Manual by pressing both buttons on the remote control at the same time
- Automatic after time delay following momentary manual deactivation of the monitoring
system to use the pool.
- Monitoring alarm:
- Local master beacon siren= Active with continuous high-level modulated tone lasting 1 min
30 sec for each intrusion
- Remote control buzzer = active
- External intrusion siren = activation for 1 min 30 sec in the event of an intrusion alarm
- Optional lighting relay control = activation for 10 minutes in the event of an intrusion alarm
- Monitoring LED = flashes quickly
- Technical failure alert:
- Local master beacon siren, pulsating low-level tone= Active until the fault is dealt with
- External pulsating failure siren= Active until the fault is dealt with
- Remote control buzzer = Active until the fault is dealt with
- Control LED = flashing or pulsating depending on the type of failure (see 14) until the fault
is dealt with.
- The 6 LEDs on the central board show the status of the beacon beams when the monitoring
system is deactivated, and memorize the alarms when the monitoring system is activated. They
also show the technical failure alarms without memorization until they are dealt with. The
intrusion alarms memorized are deleted each time the monitoring system is activated manually
using the buttons on the control unit. If the key operated switch is set to "All Off", they remain
memorized and fixed on the latest alarms, for maintenance purposes.
Lever switches 1 to 6 for system configuration and maintenance, on the central board:
- Switches. 1/2/3 = adjustment of time delay for reactivation of automatic monitoring( 2 min, 1 h,
1h30, 2 h , 2h30, 3 h , 3h30)
- Switches. 1/5 = validation of operation for the 6 LEDs on the board
