DESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM

1.1. GENERAL
The VITAPROTECT perimeter alarm is a system of infrared barriers for monitoring swimming pools in
conformity with standard NF P 90-307 "Protective elements concerning private pools for family or
collective use.
The system is made op of 1 to 6 beacons installed around the pool to be made safe, with one master
beacon and 1 to 5 slave beacons.

Each barrier consists of 2 beams, an upper beam and a lower beam. Alarm information is taken into
account immediately if one of the two beams is cut off.
