fissaggio del supporto protezione. Fisssare il supporto protezio-
ne (2, Fig. B/4) alla struttura dell'equilibratrice utilizzando le
apposite viti (3, Fig. B/4) già presenti sul cassone.
3) Fissare il cavo (4, Fig. B/4) alla basetta (5,Fig.B/4) evitando in
tal modo possibili intralci al motore durante il funzionamento
della macchina. Collegare gli spinotti del cavo (4, Fig. B/4) a
quelli già presenti sul connettore (6, Fig. B/4).
4) Richiudere il coperchio portapesi e riavvitare le viti di fissag-
gio. Rimontare l'incudine.
5) Togliere il coperchio del supporto protezione (7, Fig. B/5) svi-
tando le viti di fissaggio. Infilare il tubo della protezione ruota
nel perno del supporto (vedi Fig. B/5) e fissare la protezione
stessa attraverso le viti (8, Fig. B/5) e i dadi autobloccanti (9,
Fig. B/5).
6) Rimontare il coperchio del supporto protezione (7, Fig. B/5)
riavvitare le viti di fissaggio.

ALLACCIAMENTO PNEUMATICO
7.4
Collegare l'equilibratrice alla rete di aria compressa, tramite
l'attacco a resca del regolatore di pressione con filtro.
La pressione di esercizio consigliata è di 8-10 Bar.
N.B. : Pressioni inferiori agli 8 Bar potrebbero compromettere il
buon funzionamento dei dispositivi pneumatici.
Per il collegamento utilizzare un tubo in gomma per pressione
del diametro interno di 6 mm ed esterno di 14 mm.
La S 690 viene fornita di serie dell'apposito attacco a resca,
dove inserire il tubo, e della fascietta di fissaggio.
ATTENZIONE!
La pressione della rete di aria compressa

non deve mai superare il valore di 16 bar.
ALLACCIAMENTO ELETTRICO

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi collegamento elettrico controlla-
re attentamente che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella
riportata sul cartellino voltaggio (posizionato sul cavo di ali-
mentazione della equilibratrice).
La macchina viene fornita completa di spina di alimentazione
monofase a norme CE.
E' assolutamente obbligatorio che l'impianto sia corredato di
una buona rete di terra.
La macchina deve essere collegata ad interruttore automati-
co di alimentazione (differenziale) tarato a 30 mA.
Leggere sull' apposita targhetta dati, situata sul retro dell'equi-
libratrice, l'assorbimento richiesto e verificare se la rete elettri-
ca in questione è sufficientemente dimensionata.

the wheel protection support (2, Fig. B/4) to the frame of the
wheel balancer by using the relevant screws (3, Fig. B/4) al-
ready on the body.
3) Fix the wire (4, Fig. B/4) to its terminal plate (5, Fig. B/4).Make
sure it does not interfere with the motor when the machine is
running. Connect the plugs of the wire (4, Fig. B/4) to the ones
(6, Fig. B/4) of the electric board connector.
4) Close cover and tighten home all the fixing screws including
those for the anvil.
5) Remove the cover (7, Fig. B/5) of the wheel protection sup-
port by unscrewing the fixing screws. Insert the wheel protec-
tion hose into the pin of the support (see Fig. B/5) and fixing the
wheel protection throught the screw (8, Fig. B/5) and the self-
locking nuts (9, Fig. B/5).
6) Repositioning the cover (7, Fig. B/5) of the wheel protection
support and screw it in place.
PNEUMATIC CONNECTION
7.4
Connect the balancer to the compressed air circuit using the
connector on the filter/pressure regulator.
The recommended working pressing is 8-10 bar.
N.B. Air pressure lower than 8 bar could compromise pneumatic
equipment performance.
The connecting hose should be designed for high pressure use
and have an inside diameter of 6 and outside diameter of 14
mm. The standard S 690 commissioning kit includes a connec-
tor and screw clamp.
WARNING!
Pressure in the compress air system must
never exceed 16 bar.
ELECTRIC HOOK UP

Before making any electric hook up, check to be certain that
the mains voltage corresponds to what is stamped on the volt-
age tag (attached on the feeding cable of the wheel balancer).
The machine is supply complete with a 1-phase electric plug
in compliance with EC regulations.
It is absolutely essential that the system is equipped with a
good grounding circuit.
The machine must be connected to a power supply line circuit
breaker set for 30mA.
Note the required power draw as highlighted on the tag-
plate fixed to the back of the wheel balancer.
Check to make sure the shop electric wiring circuit is dimen-
sioned sufficiently to carry this.
