WARNINGS
1. When wiring or inserting the RADIO MODULE, the control unit must not be powered. The control unit must be used
strictly following the instructions provided by the manufacturer on pain of forfeiture of the guarantee. Installation
and/or maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with the provisions of the laws in
force.
2. Due to some Electro-magnetic noises, it is possible to have some problems during the time programming of the
F12E electronic equipment made with remote control. In these cases, the use of the key selector or a START
contact is suggested for this operation.
3. AMPEROMETRIC THRESHOLD ADJUSTMENTS (PT1 and PT2) - In the event of unwantedleaf stopping prior to
the gates reaching the open or close stops (especially during cold and windy conditions), we suggest increasing the
amperometric threshold limiter by turning clockwise the Trimmers PT1 and PT2. The amperometric threshold
adjustments must not be considered equivalent of the safety devices.
4. SLOW DOWN/DECELERATION MODE (DIP 3) - Some particular weather conditions like cold temperature, snow
or wind, as well as the different mechanical configurations of the gate (heavy leaf, solid in - fill leaf) may cause
malfunction of the slow down mode, so we suggest to disable this function in the event of problems.
5. USAGE OF THE BATTERIES - The life and efficiency of the batteries depend on the operating, utilisation and
ambient conditions. It is recommended to check the state of efficiency of the batteries at least once a year and to
replace them if necessary. If the batteries are flat or inefficient, proper functioning of the control cannot be
guaranteed; it will resume regular functioning only when the normal power supply conditions have been restored.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper and/or irrational use.
Gi.Bi.Di. reserves the right to make modifications at any time and without prior notice in order to improve the product.
