9.9. How to define the patient tolerance? • At the start of a session
This function, MODULATION MODE, allows the maximum limits that a patient can tolerate to be
defined and recorded at the beginning of a session.
Set up the patient and proceed as below:
Beginning
Switch the unit ON
To select
MODULATION Mode
To select the pain level
(
for flexion,
for extension)
To set the pain level when reached,
immediately press
To start the session with the new movement
limits
Comments: When the maximum or minimum range of motion of the machine is reached, this
limit is recorded and the MODULATION MODE is automatically switched OFF.
9.10. How to define the patient tolerance? • During the session
This function, BYPASS Mode, allows the maximum limits that a patient can tolerate to be defined
and recorded, which allows you to work on increasing amplitude.
Beginning
The unit is running
To select
BYPASS Mode
To select the NEW pain level
To set the new pain level when reached,
immediately press
Continue the session with the new movement
limits.
Comments: When the maximum or minimum range of motion of the machine is reached, this
limit is recorded and the BYPASS Mode is automatically switched OFF.
