Cumin-scented Carrot Soup
Ingredients:
10 ounces peeled carrots, medium dice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Sea salt to taste
⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon chives, finely minced
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except chives to blender.
2. Blend on Soup setting for 5 minutes. If needed, set blender to Soup
and blend for additional 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
3. Carefully remove Lid and serve with chives.
