2.4.6.2. COM2/COM3 Option
Figure 2-98 shows the COM2/COM3 option, and Figure 2-99 shows it installed in position 2
(Figure 2-94) on the main board. This slot is used for all Discrete I/O and COM2/COM3/Discrete I/O
combination options.

COM2 provides only RS-232 and should be connected as shown in Figure 2-100.
