5.1

Installation site

5.1.1
Installation
The BADU OmniTronic's installation site must be clean and
dry. Installation outdoors is not permitted.
The BADU OmniTronic should be installed horizontally. Other
installation positions are not intended and must be cleared by
the sales team.
5.1.2

There must be ground drainage

Calculate the size of the ground drain according to the
following criteria:
– Size of the swimming pool.
– Circulation flow rate.
5.1.3

Ventilation and aeration

Ensure sufficient ventilation and aeration. The ventilation and
aeration must ensure the following conditions:
– Prevention of condensation.
– Limitation of the ambient temperature to maximum 40 °C.
5.1.4

Reserve space

Measure reserve space so that the upper part of the BADU
OmniTronic can be removed and the clock can be set without
any trouble. Observe a removal height of 200 mm.
5.2
Installation
The BADU OmniTronic can be installed above or below the water
level.
For installation below the water level, observe the following points:
If the BADU OmniTronic is installed between 1 m and 3 m
below the water level, a spring loaded SPECK non-return
valve must be installed (a).
Installation at 3 m to 6 m below the water level should be
avoided. Deeper than 6 m is not permitted.
Either a spring loaded SPECK non-return valve (article no.
240.9102.063) or an assembly bow to the water level must
be installed in the sewage line (b).
