4. Removed the four bolts using a 1/2 inch open ended
wrench.
■ Ensure motor and fan pulleys are properly aligned
when reinstalling.
■ Motor bearings are permanently lubricated.
Fan Housing Removal
1. Remove fan belt. See belt replacement procedure.
2. Remove fan motor. See fan motor section.
3. Locate and remove the four bolts at the base of the
fan housing. See below.
4. Locate and remove the eight sheet metal screws.
See drawing below.
5. Pull fan wheel housing out.

NOTE: When installing new fan wheel, ensure the fan
wheel hub is on the same side as the motor pulley.
