Timing additions
After timing an initial event, you can add times together by, instead
of pressing the reset button, pressing the start/stop button (9)
again. The chronograph hands will then continue running from the
stopped position. You stop the chronograph by pressing the
start/stop button (9) again. To move the chronograph hands back to
their starting position, press the reset button (10).
Split times
While timing an event, you can have a split time displayed without
having to terminate the stopwatch timing process. To do this, you
start the timing with the start/stop button (9). To read off the split
time, press the reset button (10). The main timing carries on in the
background. When you press the reset button (10) again, the chrono-
graph hands quickly move forward to catch up the time that has
since elapsed. You stop the chronograph by pressing the start/stop
button (9) again. To move the chronograph hands back to their
starting position, press the reset button (10).

Aligning the chronograph hands to the starting position
If one or more of the chronograph hands fails to return to its correct
starting position, these need to be aligned (this can be caused, for
instance, by a battery change).
To do this, pull the winder into position C. All of the chronograph
hands will now move to their correct / incorrect starting positions.
Simultaneously press down the start/stop button (9) and reset but-
ton (10) and hold these down for at least 2 seconds. The chrono-
graph hands now turn through 360°. Correction mode has been acti-
vated.
To align the first chronograph hand, press the start/stop button (9).
Do so briefly to adjust it one step at a time or hold it down longer to
move the hand in one continual movement. Continue until the hand
is exactly in the starting position. To align the next hand, press the
reset button (10).
Once all of the chronograph hands have been correctly aligned,
press the winder back into position A.
