Page 8 shows the accessories that can be supplied with the equipment in the Red Box
(rescue bag) numbered 5, 6, 7 and 8.
5. One snap-hook with Block 35 kN. To angle force transmission.
6. An edge protector to protect the lanyard from chafing when it has to be run over an
edge.
7. A "fish hook" with snap hook to lift persons that have fallen and where the fall
has been arrested by a fall protection device. The fish hook is used to connect the
rescue equipment to the fallen person's activated fall protection.
8. 3 x Anchor Slings for suspending the equipment or as an improvised grip during a
rescue operation. (NB: number of slings can vary depending on the configuration
ordered.)
9. Jumar grip with foot loop
10. All ResQ DD sets are registered in the Inspector database on delivery.
notE! use of accessories together with the rescue equipment is a necessary
part of the equipment package.
